Who we are

House Hermetica, a French research association (Association loi 1901, RNA W111009961), is the data controller for the Baseline Test, TRINITI, Portica, Praxis and Palatium platforms. You can view, correct or delete your data in your account, or write to [email protected].

What we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email, biology, date of birth, stream preference.
• Baseline Test responses and the scores computed from them.
• Technical data needed to run the service: IP address, browser, session tokens, error logs.

Why we use it

To run your account and deliver the assessment, to develop and validate the MQ framework, and to keep the service secure. We publish research findings in aggregate. We never identify individuals.

Who we share it with

Only the infrastructure providers we need to run the service: Hetzner (hosting, Germany), Cloudflare (edge, EU), and an encrypted off-site backup provider in the EU. We do not sell personal data. We do not use third-party trackers or advertising networks.

Cookies

We set only strictly necessary cookies and localStorage entries: a session token to keep you signed in, and your stream preference. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking.

How long we keep it

Account and assessment data for the life of your account. On deletion we remove personal identifiers and retain a pseudonymised research record. Technical logs roll over at 30 days. Accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by French law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL, or your local equivalent.

Changes

When this policy changes materially, we update the date above and notify account holders by email.
